More than one third of Britain\u2019s first-time buyers relies on a loan from parents to be able to make their first step onto the property ladder, the Social Mobility Commission has found.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The number of those banking with Mum and Dad to make their dream of owning their own home become a reality has increased by more than 14% over the last seven years<\/a>, up from 20% in 2010.<\/p>\n
