The North&#8217;s Top 5 Transport Improvements you should know about!&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/04\/28\/even-greater-manchester-north-top-5-transport-improvements-know\/embed\/#?secret=3mk9oi9z2v#?secret=9eFShDEqYa\" data-secret=\"9eFShDEqYa\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The research was put together by Lloyds Bank and whilst taking a closer look at London\u2019s house prices it also focused on tram routes across <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/11\/28\/greater-manchester-see-greater-opportunity-first-time-buyers\/\">Greater Manchester<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The report finds that house prices along Greater Manchester\u2019s tram route saw an increase of 11% between 2013 and 2015, which is shortly after a big part of the network first opened. This increase is almost double the 6% rise which was recorded during the two years prior.<\/p>\n<p>Birmingham is another city that saw dramatic house price changes come hand in hand with a growing tram network. Midland Metro operates between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/02\/21\/west-midlands-mayor-calls-more-housing-funding-government\/\">Birmingham <\/a>and Wolverhampton and first opened in 1999. Especially in Birmingham. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/10\/uk-house-prices-lead-general-election\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Average house prices<\/a> along the line have grown to \u00a3130,041 in 2016, representing an increase of 208%. Birmingham as whole has only seen an increase of 175% over the same period of time.<\/p>\n<p>Lloyds Bank mortgage products director, Andrew Mason, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA new and modern transport system is potentially a great catalyst to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/01\/15\/huge-regeneration-manchester-city-centre-6000-new-homes\/\">urban regeneration<\/a> and can be a game changer for cities investing in improved links.
