The\u00a0\u00a31bn regeneration scheme in Bolton<\/a>\u00a0will be phased out across more than 10 years, but the transformation has already started.\u00a0With an economic output worth\u00a0\u00a34.6bn,\u00a0Bolton is an important part of the\u00a0Greater Manchester<\/a>\u00a0economy, which is the UK\u2019s largest economy outside\u00a0of\u00a0London\u00a0and one of the\u00a0fastest growing economies<\/a>\u00a0in Europe.<\/p>\n Bolton is well renowned as one of the friendliest places in the UK, making it an attractive city to live, study, visit, do business, and invest in. It\u2019s a 20-minute train journey to Manchester<\/a>\u00a0and 60% of UK businesses are within a two-hour drive, offering a convenient location for\u00a0working\u00a0professionals.<\/p>\n As one of the largest towns in Europe, Bolton offers a range of\u00a0regeneration\u00a0opportunities, including\u00a0numerous\u00a0housing schemes and commercial development.
