We’ve already mentioned our favourite property shows of the year in January, however some of them don’t roll around until the second half of 2017, so here’s where they are and what you can see (and learn).
1. Property Investor & Homebuyer Show
Location: London
Dates: 6th – 7th October
One of the UK’s largest and longest running Property shows, covering both, UK and international property. The show is completely free of charge for attendees, with visitors benefitting from over 100 exhibitors and around 70 seminars. On top of that, some specialist areas such as the “HMO Zone” and “Invest North” give visitors the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of all areas of the UK property market.

2. National Landlord Investment Show
Location: Nationwide
Dates: From 1st March through to 25th October
Whilst this show is already well on its way, it hasn’t lost its biggest appeal yet: multiple locations up and down the country meaning less travel to visit and a regional focus. Tailored towards working landlords and those looking to invest, the National Landlord Investment Show provides up to date property market advice and invites a range of speakers and suppliers. This is another free event and registered attendees can receive up to 5 CPD points towards landlord accreditation.
3. MIPIM UK
Location: London
Dates: 18th – 19th October
Covering both commercial and residential property, MIPIM host shows internationally, giving visitors the extra bonus of being able to network with international investors and providers. With conferences, networks and industry awards, this event is a busy one that appeals to visitors interested in the global market. Non-members can attend shows, although they need a visitor’s pass
4. The Luxury Property Show
Location: London
Dates: 27th – 28th October
Concentrating on luxury property sales with an international audience, this show is perfect for those who are looking to buy or sell high-end international property and network with other like-minded professionals. With PR and marketing efforts focussed on attracting wealthy buyers, there’s a chance to build valuable contacts and customers in the high end property market.
